PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

* If you want to cancel your order or any service, please type "Cancel order" in PROBLEM field and give us your FULL NAME and PAYPAL Email, We could cancel the service and refund for you.

* As long as your cell phone rental has not been shipped, you will not incur any charges. In the case that your rental has been sent out, you must be responsible for the shipping. ( You must apprize us before at least 3 days of your booked time for canceling service. )

* For your Canceling step, PAYPAL will charge your refunded fee. The gross amount equals the net amount of the original transaction plus the refunded fee.
